Our Bath and Body Massage Oil can be used in the bath to soak and allow thebody to absorb the benefits of the essential oils or can be used with massage torelease and relax stiff tired muscles.

Health benefits of a massage: Physical contact may lessen depression lowerblood pressure and even improve immunity according to a Cedars-Sinai studypublished last year. Blood tests revealed that those who had a Swedish massagewith moderate pressure experienced decreases in stress hormones and increases inwhite blood cells indicating a boost in the immune system. Application:

• MASSAGE – Pour into the palm of your hand, rub hands together in circularmotions to warm. Apply as required.
