This ingenious burger press will form a 12cm wide burger for either BBQ orcooking in the oven, or on the grill. Simply create your burger mix, using beef,breadcrumbs, herbs and spices of choice and an egg to bind the mixture together,and seperate into even sized balls of meat. Set the height of your burger usingthe screw height adjuster, you can choose the thickness, and place the mixtureon the wax paper in the press. Press down with the burger press, remove, andchill for 20 minutes. This press will make a perfectly formed burger to yoursize, each and every time.
